How to change the top-left logo and colors on the B2B portal and website widget?

This process works in apps: TB Sync, TB Books
This article will teach you every Theme & Branding option on a B2B portal, plus the Display Name, Primary Color, and logo the website widget uses.
Yes. A B2B portal can use your logo, your portal name, and your colors so dealers see your brand in the top left. A website widget uses your company logo and a primary color you set on that channel. These controls do not recolor the staff apps (Books, POS, Sync).
Open Sync → Sales Channels, select the B2B portal, then Theme & Branding. Books → Settings → B2B Portal is a shortcut into this same Sync screen. Click Save Theme when you finish.
Portal Identity has Portal Name. It shows in the header, on the login screen, and as the browser tab title. It defaults to the channel name.
Brand Colors has three colors, each with a picker and a hex field. Button Color is used on search, the cart badge, and primary actions. Main Header Color is the background behind the logo — match it to the logo so the edges blend. Reset to default wash clears a custom header color. Nav Bar Color is the Tires / Wheels / Parts bar under the logo.
Images → Logo is the top-left mark. Upload a file to use an alternative logo on this portal only. The preview then says Alternative Logo Active. Clear it (the remove control on the preview) to go back to the organization logo, and the preview says Using Organization Default Logo. Logo Size sets the height from 20px to 120px. A transparent PNG is recommended. The same logo is the browser tab icon.
The organization logo is not uploaded on this tab. Set it in Books → Settings → General Settings → Company Logo. That same image prints on invoices, bills, work orders, vendor credits, and credit memos. One → Settings → General has the same Company Logo.
Hero Banners (Slideshow) accepts one or more landscape images (images or video). Several files rotate on the portal home header. Recommended ratio is 760×300 (for example 1520×600). This is optional.
Login Page Settings has Login Banner (the image at the top of the B2B login screen) and Registration URL. If you enter a URL, the login screen shows a Register button that opens it.
The website widget is a different sales channel (a standard channel, not the B2B portal). Open it, go to the Widgets tab, and find Theme. Display Name is the name on the widget. Primary Color (picker and hex, default #E31B23) is used on shop tabs, search, add to cart, cart, and checkout. Click Save Widget Settings. The widget does not have its own logo upload. It shows the Company Logo from General Settings. The B2B Button Color, Main Header Color, and Nav Bar Color do not recolor the widget.
Steps
- Open Sync → Sales Channels and select the B2B portal. (Books → Settings → B2B Portal is a shortcut into this same Sync screen.) Open Theme & Branding.
- Under Portal Identity, set Portal Name. Dealers see it in the header, on login, and in the browser tab.
- Under Brand Colors, set Button Color (search, cart badge, and primary actions), Main Header Color (the background behind the logo; Reset to default wash clears it), and Nav Bar Color (the Tires / Wheels / Parts bar).
- Under Images → Logo, upload a transparent PNG if this portal should use its own mark. Set Logo Size between 20px and 120px. Clear the alternative logo to use the organization logo again.
- If the preview says Using Organization Default Logo, upload that image in Books → Settings → General Settings → Company Logo (or One → Settings → General → Company Logo). That is also the logo on printed documents and on the website widget.
- Optionally upload Hero Banners (Slideshow). Use a landscape image around 760×300. More than one image rotates. Under Login Page Settings, upload a Login Banner and, if dealers should self-register, paste a Registration URL.
- Click Save Theme. Open the B2B portal and confirm the top-left logo, header background, and nav bar color.
- For the website widget, open the standard sales channel (not the B2B portal), go to Widgets → Theme, set Display Name and Primary Color, and click Save Widget Settings. The widget logo is the Company Logo from General Settings.
Conclusion & best practices
Dealers can see your logo and colors on the B2B portal, and shoppers can see your logo and primary color on the website widget. Order types, inventory caps, and delivery ETAs stay on B2B Settings — see How to configure B2B Settings and show inventory as 100+? and How to show a delivery delay or ETA on the B2B portal?.
