How to turn off Tires, Wheels, or Parts on the B2B portal?

This article will teach you how to hide Tires, Wheels, or Parts from B2B search, the header, and Search by Vehicle when the portal only sells one catalog.

A B2B portal can sell tires, wheels, parts, or any mix. If a dealer only buys wheels, turn Tires and Parts off. That removes the matching header buttons and search tabs. Search by Vehicle then only shows the catalogs that are still on — a wheels-only portal opens straight to wheel fitment with no Tires toggle.

Steps

• Open Sales Channels in Sync and select the B2B portal. (Books → Settings → B2B Portal is a shortcut into this same Sync screen.)
• Go to the B2B Settings tab.
• Under Product Types, uncheck Tires, Wheels, or Parts. Leave at least one checked.
• Save the channel.
• Open the B2B portal and confirm the header and search tabs only show the catalogs you left on. If Tires or Wheels is off, that section is gone from Search by Vehicle as well.

Conclusion & best practices

Portals that have never been saved with this setting still sell tires, wheels, and parts. Shop By Category tiles are separate home-page shortcuts — turning off a product type also hides the matching home tile even if that tile is still checked.
