0:00 Hello team, let me show you how to create appointments within TireBase. As you can see, I have my order here. This is a quote with two tires and a tire mount specialty that we're going to install on a vehicle.
0:07 We're going to click the Appointment checkbox and select the appointment date.
0:15 In this example, we're scheduling the appointment for the 22nd at 1:20 PM.
0:22 Next, we can assign the technician who will perform the installation. In this case, we'll select Javier.
0:46 Once everything is set, click Convert to Work Order and the quote will be converted into a work order.
1:00 After that, go to the Appointments section, where you'll see the appointment scheduled for the selected date.
1:09 Selecting the appointment displays the work order details, including the customer, vehicle, assigned technician, and the tires being installed.
1:26 From this screen, you can also send an SMS reminder to the customer and review the work order status.
1:43 If the assigned technician is unavailable, simply click Change Technician and assign a different technician.
1:51 In this example, Javier is replaced by Tim, and the updated technician information is reflected on the work order.
2:09 The Appointments calendar allows you to view all scheduled appointments for the month, including past appointments for future reference.
2:28 That's how you create and manage appointments in TireBase and view them from the Appointments calendar.
2:39 If the work order is finalized, the appointment remains visible, but its status is updated accordingly.
3:04 After finalizing the order, the appointment status changes from a work order to an invoice, and all related information can still be accessed from the Appointments tab.
