0:00 Hello, team. In this video, we're going to see how to add files within work orders. This is a fairly simple procedure, so let me show you how to do it.
0:10 First, we'll create a new work order by selecting a customer.
0:17 Next, we'll add products to the order, including two tires, remove the automatically added services if needed, and add a tire mounting service.
0:40 Once the order is ready, save it. If you need the customer's signature, you can use the Send to Sign option and collect the signature on a device, by email, or via SMS.
1:02 After the customer signs, save the signature. It will automatically appear on the printed work order.
1:12 You can also save the signed work order as a PDF file and access the work order details.
1:34 Open the Documents section, click Upload, and attach the PDF or any other file related to the order. You can upload multiple documents for future reference.
1:56 Besides signed work orders, you can upload any PDF, such as promotions, supporting documents, or additional files associated with the order.
