0:00 Hello, welcome to another TireBase tutorial. In this video, you'll learn how to create and manage filter views for the Work Orders module.
0:07 Filter views allow you to organize work orders into custom views such as Open Orders, Closed Orders, or any other status you want to track.
0:28 To create a new filter view, go to Settings → Filter Views.
0:42 From there, you can review existing filter views, edit them, or create a new one.
0:50 In this example, a new filter view called Pending Orders is created.
1:10 Configure options such as the date range, number of visible rows, supported platforms, and the order types you want the view to include.
2:04 Select the order status you want to track—in this case, Pending.
2:12 Customize the columns displayed in the view, such as work order number, customer name, email, phone number, status, totals, appointment date, and other available fields.
3:13 For performance reasons, each filter view is limited to displaying up to 3,000 records. Additional records can still be found using the search function.
3:30 You can also mark a filter view as the default so it automatically opens whenever users access the Work Orders module.
3:55 After saving the filter view, it becomes available alongside your other views.
4:21 Selecting the new view displays only the orders that match the configured criteria, including the customized columns you selected.
5:00 That's how you create and customize filter views to better organize and manage your work orders in TireBase.
