0:07 First, go to Settings → Tech Payments. Make sure the HPP URL and Authorization Token are configured and saved, as these are required for the feature to work.
0:26 Next, go to Settings → Permissions and open the role you want to configure.
0:33 Enable the Allow users to use Cards on File permission for that role.
0:48 Open the customer's profile and scroll to the Cards on File section.
0:54 Click Add New Card and enter the customer's card information, including the card number, expiration date, and CVV.
1:07 Save the card. Once successfully stored, it will become available as a payment option under Card on File during checkout.
1:28 If you're using test credentials, the card may not appear. Use valid payment credentials to verify the feature is working correctly.
1:43 After selecting the saved card, you can complete the customer's payment directly using the Card on File option.
