0:01 Hello, in this video, you'll learn how to update fixed prices for products in TireBase.
0:12 There are two main ways to update pricing. The first and most common method is while creating a purchase order.
0:30 Add the product, enter the quantity and cost, then click the dollar-sign icon to open the fixed-price settings.
0:46 The cost represents how much you pay for the product, while the pricing window displays all available customer and store price levels.
1:07 Enter the desired selling price for each price level, such as Default, Silver, Wholesale, or VIP.
1:29 Once saved, the new prices are automatically reflected when the product is viewed under the corresponding customer price level.
2:06 The second method is to open Products & Services, search for the product, click the three-dot menu, and select the dollar-sign option.
2:16 From there, you can review and update the fixed selling price for each customer price level.
2:31 Enter the new price and press Enter to save the change.
2:39 For large pricing updates, go to Settings → Price Settings and export a pricing template.
2:54 The Fixed Prices section lets you review all products with fixed pricing, delete existing prices, and import updated values in bulk.
3:03 Before deleting or replacing fixed prices, export a backup, update the template, and reimport it with the new pricing.
3:13 That's how to update individual or bulk fixed product prices in TireBase. Thank you for watching.
