Learn how to create and assign bins to organize tires, wheels, and parts within your warehouse.
Enable the Bins feature by going to Settings → Stores and activating warehouse bins for your location.
Open the Inventory → Bins module to create new storage locations by specifying a bin name, maximum capacity, and optional description.
Search for a product using Quick Lookup and assign inventory quantities to one or multiple bins.
Set a Default Bin so TireBase knows which location to prioritize when inventory is sold or transferred.
Verify assigned bins directly from the Products & Services module by hovering over the stock quantity.
Adjust bin quantities manually by editing the assigned units or adding additional bins for the same product.
Import bin assignments in bulk by exporting the template, completing the required columns (Manufacturer Product Number, Brand, Bin, and Quantity), and uploading the file.
Review imported bins and quantities to confirm inventory has been assigned correctly across all warehouse locations.
Remove products from a bin at any time without affecting the product's overall inventory quantity.
