Learn how to configure Backorder Products so items with zero stock can still appear in Tire Access as Available on Request.
Before adding a product to backorders, make sure it has a valid selling price and at least one cost value (Standard Cost, Last Cost, or Average Cost).
Navigate to Settings → Tire Access → Backorder Products to manage products available for backorder.
Use the Quick Lookup option to search for a specific product by Manufacturer Product Number, size, brand, or other product information.
Select the desired product and save it to add it to the Backorder Products list.
Use the Bulk Management feature to add multiple products at once by filtering by product type, brand, and optional style.
Click Add All Matching to quickly include all products that match your selected criteria.
Verify that products have been added successfully to the Backorder Products list.
When customers search for these products in Tire Access, items without inventory will display the status Available on Request.
This allows customers to request products that are currently out of stock while keeping them visible in your Tire Access B2B catalog.
